In the unfortunate circumstances that you are not happy with CloudSPRT you can cancel your subscription by logging into your account. Once cancelled your licence will be valid until the end of your current billing period.
Our billing period is once per calendar month and can be validated by logging into Your Account.
Your licence can be upgraded at any time. If it is upgraded during the billing period than you will be charged at a pro-rata rate for the upgrade.
All accounts can use custom domains but are created initially with a CloudSPRT.com subdomian. Once this is setup you will need to raise a Support Request to create the mapping for your custom domain.
